| MAKING A RESERVATION |

1. How do I reserve a hotel room?
Making an online reservation through asiahotel2u is easy. You just need to complete the reservation form and make sure given us your e-mail address and a valid credit card number. Upon receive your request, our dedicate service team will contact your chosen hotel for immediate confirmation. It is our policy to reply your request by 60 WORKING MINUTES. There may be a little delay if the booking period is fall under super peak period. The worst scenario will not later 1 working day receive our notification.

| 2.Other than online reservation, is there any other booking method? You can also fax the reservation form to any of the following number: Singapore , Hong Kong , Malaysia , US (number will be given to you later)

| 3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel? The offer rates that listed are only available through our service. |

We can accept any booking made at least 1 working day (not including sat, sun and public holidays) |

6. Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,¡)?
Please fill in the special room request in the reservation form. We would forward your request to the hotel. The hotel reservation department will do their best to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind, we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. |

7. How do I make a reservation for someone else?
Simply just fill in the name in the reservation form. Please fill in the e-mail address to receive your confirmation. |

| CONFIRMING A RESERVATION |

| 1. What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
After the confirmation from the hotel, a hotel voucher will be send direct to the hotel. You may just present your identification to the hotel reception. We encourage your print out the voucher that attach with your e-mail to present to the hotel reception to expedite the check in process. |

| 2.How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail after the completion of reservation. This will follow with a hotel confirmation voucher. The voucher will be containing the date and the details of your reservation. |

3. How long does it take to get a confirmation?
Will be within 60 working minute except for special case such like super peak season that take a longer time to confirm. The latest will be within 1 working day. |

| CHANGING/CANCELLING A RESERVATION |

| 1. What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you cancel the reservation
more than 7 days preceding your check
in date will be attract a USD 25 of
the total room charges (banking fees and administration
fees) unless notified otherwise by e-mail.
For less than 7 days preceding your check in date will be attract 1 night room charges.
In the case you stay only one night during the duration, there will be no refund.
Please note that any cancellation will be confirmed back to you with by email within 1 working day. If you do not receive the notification from us within 1 working day, please resend a cancellation form. |

| 2. What is your modification policy? If you require any modification, i.e. extend, shorten stay, change the room, please cancel the entitle reservation by using our cancellation form (cancellation charges will apply). A NEW reservation will need to send by you. |

| 4. How are the credit card refund? The credit card refund may take 15 days to 30 days depend on the respective bank processing time frame. In case your refund takes more than 30 days, please contact us using our contact us form. |

1.What is the cost for children?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent¡¯s room using the existing bed. The age requirement differs depend on the specific hotel¡¯s policy. Children more than 12 years old of age is consider an adult by hotel industry. |

4. My credit card is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?
There are few possibilities:
- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
- You have reach your credit limit
- There is a computer error

5. When will I be charged?
Once we receive your credit card detail, we will be simply check from our bank in order to secure your booking. There will be no immediate charges unless the hotel accepts your booking. We are only charge your card for the hotel room upon supplied you with a confirmed reservation. |
